1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CEYO public website and any public materials made available through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the site.
2. Changes to these terms
CEYO may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Informational and prototype-only materials
The public site and its contents are provided for informational, research, and evaluation purposes only. Your rights in those materials are controlled by the applicable repository or file-level license, not solely by these website Terms.
Except where expressly permitted by an applicable license, you may not reverse engineer, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected materials made available through the site.
6. No certification or adjudication
CEYO is intended to describe or support evidentiary infrastructure concepts related to integrity-sealed records. The site does not certify legal compliance, fairness, admissibility, or correctness of model outputs, and does not replace institutional review, legal analysis, or operator judgment.
Any use of CEYO-related concepts in regulated, operational, or high-risk environments must be evaluated independently by operators, counsel, auditors, or other relevant authorities.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in ways that:
• violate applicable law or the rights of others
• attempt to interfere with site availability, integrity, or security
• introduce malicious code, scraping abuse, or unauthorized automated access
• misrepresent CEYO’s role, guarantees, or technical claims

You may link to the public homepage of the site in an appropriate and non-misleading context. Framing, mirroring, or presenting CEYO materials in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or origin without authorization is prohibited.
The site may reference third-party repositories, software libraries, services, or external infrastructure. CEYO is not responsible for third-party content, security posture, availability, or the independent terms governing those resources.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of any right to do so later.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the site shall be brought in a court located in California, USA, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
